Q. What are the contents of RS-18 Uno (single pack) and Duo (double pack)? And what is the difference between them?
The levina TENS device is available in two packages: Uno (single pack) and Duo (double pack). The main difference is that the Duo pack includes two stimulators, allowing for simultaneous stimulation on both sides of the body or multiple muscle groups, reducing usage or recovery time and extending its lifespan.

Q. What is a TENS/EMS stimulator?

There are two common applications based on frequency: Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), also known as Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES).
TENS
Stimulates ""sensory nerves"" for therapeutic purposes. This stimulation blocks pain signals sent to the brain, providing temporary pain relief.
NMES
Stimulates ""motor nerves"" to induce muscle contractions. This stimulation mimics the same type of signals the brain sends to contract muscles.
Q. Is levina suitable for my pain?
Back and leg pain can have complex causes, but levina excels in enhancing musculoskeletal function. Q.When should levina NOT be used?
Is it suitable for everyone? Before starting any new exercise or treatment, consult your doctor. Do NOT levina Intergrated Body Therapy System directly over metal implants. Q. How do I ensure the "Best Electrode Placement"?
For electrode selection guidance (small electrodes for smaller muscle groups, large electrodes for larger muscle groups), please refer to the instruction manual.
For pain relief, apply the electrodes directly to the painful area to stimulate peripheral sensory nerves and block pain signals. For training or recovery, align the electrodes with the muscle's direction to stimulate motor nerves and achieve effective muscle contractions over a wider area.
Q. How do I choose the "Best Treatment Intensity"?
As everyone's response to muscle stimulation varies, always start with a low intensity when using any mode. Gradually increase intensity while staying below the pain threshold. For pain relief, prioritize comfort, aiming for around 60-80% of the maximum tolerable intensity (mild tingling and numbness). For training or recovery, prioritize noticeable muscle contractions, aiming for approximately 80-90% of the maximum tolerable intensity.
Q .Can I share my device with others during treatment?
It's not recommended because everyone's condition and treatment settings are different. However, feel free to introduce or lend it to family and friends in need. Please prepare a new set of electrodes for them to avoid the risk of cross-infection.
Q. How long does it take to fully charge levina, and how long can it last?
It takes about 50-60 minutes to fully charge both the remote control and the stimulator. You can use any USB or compatible phone charger. Once fully charged, levina can last for about 10-12 therapy sessions, depending on individual usage habits.
Q. Can I use levina on an airplane?
Absolutely! Simply turn on the remote control and stimulator, and you can use all TENS/EMS programs during your flight. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your journey! No need to worry about airplane mode or flight safety issues!
Q. Can I use my levina while on the go or working out?
We recommend using levina in a comfortable seated or lying position. You can engage in light activities like using your phone, reading, or watching TV, which should not interfere with your treatment.
levina offers various modes and recommended stimulation positions. As you become more accustomed to muscle stimulation, you can also try light exercises during muscle training mode, such as squats to strengthen quadriceps or hamstring muscles during intensity or endurance muscle contractions.
DO NOT use the product while driving, operating machinery, engaging in heavy workouts like running or sprinting, or any activity that could cause accidents or injuries.
Q. What is the warranty period for levina?
The device comes with a 2-year warranty, while accessories are covered for 1 year. This warranty includes free repairs and parts replacement for damages not caused by human factors.
Q. Why is the remote control screen blank or not displaying?
The remote has an energy-saving feature that turns off the backlight after idle time. Press any button to wake it up. If it doesn't respond, it may need charging.
Q. Can I use levina with other pain medications?
levina can be used alongside other pain treatments, including medications. Please consult your doctor or therapist to ensure its safe use.
